This attractive, well-equipped 8-room cottage is the perfect choice for larger groups, families, friends, or team-building events. Tastefully furnished, it offers an ideal space just a stone's throw from ski resorts. Off-season, it provides a comfortable setting for hikes, barbecues, and unforgettable experiences in any season. We rent the cottage exclusively to one group at a time, and the owner does not reside on the premises.
We offer weekly and weekend stays. If you visit outside the main season and stay on weekdays only, you can enjoy a discount for each night.
Come in autumn, when nature is full of colors and mushroom picking is at its best. Don’t miss spring either, when the landscape comes alive with fresh greenery and blooming flowers. Both seasons are magical and refreshing.
Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement and is offered free of charge outside the summer season, depending on whether we expect new guests on the same day.
The cottage can accommodate up to 19 people. We also welcome your furry friend, but only small dog breeds are allowed.
In summer, there are tennis courts 300 m from the cottage. A natural pond for swimming is 350 m away. Near the cottage, you’ll find football, nohejbal (Czech soccer-tennis), volleyball, tennis, and badminton courts. Year-round, you can access a fitness club, massages, and wellness facilities.
Upon entering, there is a hallway. The spacious common room (30 m²) features a large dining area, a bar counter (with dishwasher, 2 fridges, coffee machine, kitchen scale, hand mixer, kettle, iron), TV+SAT, and access to a balcony.

The lower ground floor starts with a hallway that has rear garden access. The hallway also features a kitchenette with an electric stove (4 burners, oven), fridge, microwave, and kettle. Additionally, there are three separate bedrooms:

Each bedroom in the cottage has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Hot water is provided by two 200-liter boilers. The cottage has free internet access (Wi-Fi), is non-smoking indoors, and features electric heating.
The unfenced, well-maintained garden (1500 m²), which includes a stream forming decorative ponds, features an above-ground circular pool (3 m in diameter). Around the pool, there are sun loungers, an outdoor seating area, a garden fireplace, a portable grill, a fire pit, a sandbox, and football goals. There's also an herb garden. The stream provides fun for children, who can float toy boats, while parents can relax to the soothing sound of running water and enjoy the forest view.
The cottage is equipped with a variety of outdoor games as well as board games for indoor play. There are also toys and arts and crafts materials for children. Older children and adults have the opportunity to create their own decorations, such as a "tree of life."
For Christmas and Easter, we offer themed arts and crafts sessions.
